Giraffe form
Ok so I converted the pdf to a jpg, and hopefully that will work for those of you who can't access the form. You should be able to right-click on the image and download it that way. If that doesn't work, I definitely need someone who knows way more about computers to help. Thank you again for all your help!!

We will absolutely vote for "James the Giraffe"...even if we are all the way in VA! Praying for you continuously & remembering Jamesie always. You are such a brilliant portrait of God's grace…and for that I am so thankful.
ReplyDeleteI hope that you don't mind - but I added a link to your post, as well as the form above, to my own blog to help spread the word and get more entries. I think about your family often and was so moved by your story. I have a son around the same age as Jamesie and I will always, always cherish the time that I have with him thanks to your story.
ReplyDeleteAnd you are an amazing writer, I must say.
I came across your blog thru another wonderful blog I follow and I just wanted you to know I think and pray for you and your family often. I noticed the picture change at the top today and its so sweet to see a little one who got his teeth just like my little one did. Precious. I am also going to mail in the form for Jamesie!
ReplyDeleteI just wanted you to know that a total stranger thinks about you and James often. If I think about him so frequently, I can't imagine how much you do. Praying for God's peace to cover you always.
ReplyDeletePrinting a form and mailing it from Indiana! How wonderful to be able to do something fun in honor of your little boy!
ReplyDeleteI printed it out and will be sending it in.. it feels good to be able to honor this little boy
ReplyDeleteI came across your blog, sat down and read the entire thing. Tears streaming down my face until the very end. I am so very sorry for your loss. I wanted to help as I too live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. So I posted it on my facebook page to ask my friends to help. My neighbor works for a zoo and told her about this great cause. Of course she can't vote but I am sure she will tell her personal friends about your site so they can place their own votes. I also took the forms around to my neighbors, inlaws and my personal friends. I am determined to get in as many votes for this giraffe as I possibly can. I know you don't know me but I wish there was more I could do. Again I am so sorry for your loss. -kriss (www.adoptingthreebees.blogspot.com)
ReplyDeleteI've been following your blog for a little while - I have been very touched by your story. I am so sorry for your loss - James has touched more lives than any of us could ever imagine.
ReplyDeleteI voted to name the giraffe "Jamie" and I have also blogged about it.

God bless you and your family. <3
A fellow Baylor Bear - I was touched and deeply moved by what God has done through the short life of James! He had a great purpose on earth and I will never forget your story!
ReplyDeleteI just printed enough forms for my whole office and 6 entries from Colorado Springs will be mailed today for "Jamie the Giraffe" !
What a neat way to honor James! I just mailed in 4 entries to the Dallas Zoo. Happy to help & see this story get great local coverage!! Our mutual friend Jen Cederberg Melson has shared your journey with our Young Couples community at church. We have been & continue to pray for you - your family has touched so many lives. Check out Ginny Owens song "If you want me to." I hope the words are encouraging.
